Emilie F. Czupryna is a fundraising professional with four years’ experience at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a complex public research university.

Emilie was instrumental in building the leadership annual giving progam at the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, which became a model for the rest of the university.  From there she was swifly promoted to major gifts officer, and has worked extensively with annual fund donors as well as major donors.

Prior to joining the development team, Emilie worked as the Director of Events, overseeing and executing events that ranged from small breakfasts with the Dean to a 7,000-person graduation ceremony.
