We know that some organizations may need a lead development officer to build their program, yet lack the budget to hire a full time contributor at the level needed to succeed. We have many generalists on the team, and are ready to step in and provide short or long term support.

We understand that mission driven organizations are only as great as the people who drive that mission. Our founder and CEO is skilled in human capital management, with a particular interest in employee engagement. She holds an MBA and a BS in labor relations, has developed and coached dozens of successful fundraising professionals, and helped many managers gain the skills they need to build high performing teams. We bring best practices from the forefront of the strategic human capital management field, and have operated in both union and non-union environments.

We are not only committed to diversity, equity and inclusion internally. We have extensive experience helping clients improve diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) objectives on their teams, adopt inclusive development practices, rebuild trust with diverse donors who have been previously excluded, and fundraise for important DEI centered priorities.
